Do you offer trade or project pricing for architects and builders?
Yes. Registered architects, interior designers, builders and contractors get project pricing against a named site, plus a dedicated consultant who handles specification, sample boards and delivery scheduling. Register through the enquiry form on this page and a trade consultant will be assigned to your project.
Can I get samples before specifying a range?
Yes. We supply physical samples and sample boards for shortlisted ranges so you can present real material to your client rather than a photograph. Tell us the series and sizes you are considering and we will prepare a board at your nearest showroom.
Do you supply technical specifications and catalogues?
Yes — master catalogues, sanitaryware technical sheets covering rough-in dimensions and trap types, application guides for outdoor and elevation tiles, and render-ready 3D assets for the faucet range. Request any of them from the resources section on this page.
Can you handle phased delivery for a large project?
Yes. For multi-floor and multi-phase projects we hold stock against your schedule and deliver by phase, so material does not sit on site absorbing damage. Because we buy the full requirement in one lot, shade and calibration stay consistent across every phase.
